Welcome to Emmanuel Episcopal Church’s website!

For over 125 years, Emmanuel has been serving the greater Wakefield community in worship, Christian education and spiritual formation, and service to those in need.  Emmanuel is a diverse, active, and welcoming parish.  We are a living rainbow, with seniors, families with young children, couples, singles, and young adults.  Together we are the people of God.

Our website provides you with a glimpse into our community of faith, but the best way to get to know us is to join us in worship on Sunday morning.  Come and visit.  At Emmanuel, we are growing in faith, growing in spirit, and growing in community.

We invite you to come and grow with us.

Visitors are always invited to join us after the 10 a.m. service for an informal weekly Coffee Hour in the Parish Hall.  (Parishioners who attend the 8 a.m. service also regularly join together after that service for this special time of fellowship.)

Our worship space, meeting rooms, and facilities are handicapped accessible, including a designated parking space on Bryant Street.

The Parish office is open MondayFriday from 9 a.m. 12 Noon.  You can contact us at 781-245-1374 or by e-mail at eecw@verizon.net.

Be sure to visit the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts’ website to learn more about activities and ministries both in the local area and throughout the world.
