Emmanuel Pride Month 2025

Join us in June as we mark Pride Month and celebrate the many ways that we love within our Emmanuel community. We've joyfully launched our new LGBTQ+ Affirmation Ministry—a heartfelt step in living out our call to love all people as God made them. Here are some of the outward and visible signs of our commitment to inclusion, affirmation, and celebration of LGBTQ+ individuals:

As we’ve done in past years, we’ll display pride flags around our campus and on our front door.

This custom T-Shirt has been designed for us by Margaret Gilligan and Dave McSweeney. The shirts are easy to order online and will be shipped directly to you in about a week or so at a cost of about $30 each. Please contact the office if you’d like a shirt but purchasing one presents a financial hardship—we would love for you to have one!

Monday, June 2, at 6:00 pm, Join members of the community for this public celebration of LGBTQ+ pride and visibility at the Americal Civic Center in Wakefield. Reverend Brett will have a special role in providing a blessing to those in attendance.
