Our Facilities

A Beautiful Space for Worship and Community
Emmanuel Episcopal Church is situated in the heart of Wakefield at the corner of Main and Bryant Streets, adjacent to Wakefield's beautiful Veterans Memorial Common and just steps from Lake Quannapowitt. Our historic church complex includes the sanctuary, parish offices, the Hausrath Memorial Parish Hall, and several rental properties that help support our mission.

These spaces aren't just buildings—they're where we gather for worship, celebrate fellowship, serve our community, and welcome neighbors. Whether you're attending Sunday worship, joining us for Coffee Hour, or participating in one of our many ministries, you'll find Emmanuel's facilities warm, welcoming, and well-loved.

The Church Sanctuary
Our beautiful sanctuary welcomes worshippers for Sunday services at 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, as well as for special liturgies throughout the church year. The space features stunning stained-glass windows designed by parishioner Wilbur Burnham, a gracious altar area renovated in 2011, and an atmosphere that invites prayer and contemplation. The sanctuary is also available for weddings, funerals, and other sacramental celebrations.
