Due to COVID, we currently are only permitting outside use of our facilities on a very limited basis.
Emmanuel Episcopal Church is situated in the heart of Wakefield, at the corner of Main and Bryant Streets, adjacent to Wakefield’s beautiful Veterans Memorial Common and near Lake Quannapowitt. The church complex includes offices, parish hall, several rental properties, and a rectory. The Hausrath Memorial Parish Hall, located on Bryant Street, is available at no charge to any parish-sponsored group or parishioner, as available. Other non-profit organizations are welcome to use the facility on a space-available basis for a small fee.
The upper parish hall consists of a large wood-paneled room (approximately 25 by 40 feet) with two attached parlors. Ten, 10-person rectangular tables with chairs are available for seating. A small tea pantry is included in the fee. The tea pantry has capacity for the simple service of food, which is prepared elsewhere, with disposable dishes and utensils supplied by the user. It is outfitted with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and sink. (Please note there is a microwave but no stove or oven.)
Requests to reserve the space can be made by contacting the Parish Secretary at 781-245-1374 as far in advance of your desired date as possible.
